Executive Director
Chief Executive Officer
Wisun has close to 30 years in the field of corporate advisory, investment banking and private equity investment. He started his career in 1993 in Corporate Finance and Advisory in Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad (now known as AmInvestment Bank Berhad).
He was responsible in advising initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions and fund raising. He joined the KAF Group in 2004 where he was responsible in transforming it from a discount house into a fully licensed investment bank, where he was made head of corporate finance in 2006. In 2011 he co-founded a private equity group with assets Under management in excess of RM1b, over a period of 8 years.
This entity eventually evolved into the Luminor Financial Holdings Group, listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Wisun now sits on the board of Luminor Capital Malaysia, as its Chairman and adviser.
Wisun holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, in New South Wales Australia.

Ariel Huang
Ariel has extensive experience in international relations, business operations, management, marketing and supply chain management, R&D and ODM. Particularly expert to corporate strategy layout.

Develop a high level of stamina and resilience in the face of changing business environment and have effectively propose systematic solutions and innovative operating models. Had been a columnist for the Economic Daily and “brain.com.tw”, sharing innovative marketing and business models with readers, and had been a lecturer on several occasions.

Ariel currently holds various positions in Multi-International companies such as Director in OCBC Asia Bank, Chairman in AIPO Group, President of Chapter, UNEP NGO World Harmony Foundation Middle East and Africa Chapter and Country Director of World Development Progamme.

Committed to humanitarian aid many years and serve as the president of World Harmony Foundation Middle East and Africa Chapter. Meanwhile, also serve as Country Director of World Development Programme.

She hold Bachelor of Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan and MBA from Institute of Management of Technology, National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan.

Chan Chun Fee
Chan Chun Fee has been in the banking industry for more than 35 years in the areas of Retail Banking and Card & Payment Services.

Held several senior management positions since the 80s in the local and abroad Banking Industry such as Senior Vice President MBF Card Services Sdn Bhd and led MBF to become the largest MasterCard issuer and Merchant acquirer in Malaysia. Several senior positions for Payment Services and e-Banking Services in UOB Bank Malaysia Berhad, Group Head of consumer payment services in Qatar Commercial Bank, Managing Director of Diners Club Bahrain and Diners Club Egypt, Group Head of Retail Banking in Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Group COO of GHL Systems Berhad and Managing Director of GHL Malaysia and GHL Thailand, GM of Greater Asia in Verifone Inc. and Managing Director of Wirecard Malaysia. As the country Head or Head of Business, he led the management team and was responsible in formulating the organisations’ strategic business plans, profit & loss and execution of key initiatives in core business lines across the organisation and countries.

Currently, he also holds the position as the Chief Executive Officer for i-Serve Payment Gateway Sdn Bhd.

Datin Serena Tan Wei Sun
Datin Serena has been in the banking industry since the early 90s and in the later years ventured into the Food Industry. Co foundered a few renowned franchised brands in the Food Industry. She is also the current Co Founder / Executive Director in Gulf Petroluem Investment International Ltd, in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Datin’s bring along her entrepreneurships savvy into WKJ Capital Equity Sdn Bhd. Her role is to provide independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive directors. Ensuring all corporate governance and compliance requirements are met to the local regulator that the captive takes its governance requirements seriously.
Julio Lee
Chief Brand Officer
Julio Lee, Award-winning hospitality and luxury industry entrepreneur with solid experience guiding the success of multiple hotels and restaurants in Asia and European markets. Received his Bachelor degree in international hospitality business management specialized in marketing and business development at GIion institute of higher education (GIHE) and Master’s degree of luxury brand management & MBA at Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne (EHL).
Strong background with leading and managing multi-cultural hospitality and luxury businesses including: Hublot, Bvlgari hotels & resorts, Remy Martin. He is a highly accomplished industry professional with driven strategic thinking and revenue management skills in competitive hotel and tourism industry. Determined problem solver with the capacity to transform under-performing operations and through a cooperative approach to ensure successful executions and while consistently increasing sufficient growth and exceeding expectations in the market.

Thomas Tay Su Tjie
Aged 50 had jointed Kerry Group from 1992-2013. one of the largest conglomerate in South East Asia and China with total asset of over 60 Billion U.S dollar. Including companies such as Fortune 500 Wilmar International Limited in Oil and Grain (largest listed company in Singapore), Kerry Properties Ltd (a listed company in Hong Kong), Shangri-La Hotel international Ltd (a listed company in Hong Kong), South China Morning Post (a list company in Hong Kong) etc.

Mr. Tay obtained a degree in bachelor’s of science in business administration at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, U.S.A.. and is appointed as a Part Time Research Fellow from Graduate School at Tsinghua University, Beijing in 2012. In addition, Mr. Tay is the Executive Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Professional (Beijing) Association since 2010. And Alumni (commercial) of Academy of Governance, China in 2014.

Kerry Properties Ltd is a World-Class property development company with significant investment in Key cities in China and Hong Kong. He was the Director of Kerry Properties (Beijing) Ltd as well as the Director of Shangri-La Kerry Centre Hotel, Beijing.

Charles Liong
As an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of WKJ Capital Equity Sdn Bhd, Charles is an influential communicator, speaking the language of both the best analytic minds and the most creative strategist. He has shaped a credible executive presence and is credited with playing an instrumental role in WKJ Capital Equity Sdn Bhd’s evolution to its now prominent standing as an innovative Company.
Charles also currently holds the position as Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer/Treasury in Duesenberg Technologies Inc. a public listed company in United States of America. He oversees the strategic operations, financial planning of the Company, the reporting, filing and compliances of two regulators from SEDAR (securities related information with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities) and EDGAR (securities related information with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission)
Charles has also held senior management and advisory positions in public and private corporations, such as International Consultant – Finance & Business Director to Mr. Joe Redling (President) of American Online Inc during the late 2005s, Advisor to Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Rahman (Chairman/Managing Director) of Pelangi Airlines Berhad / Malaysia Airlines Berhad, Advisor to Managing Director, Advisor to Dato Ir Rashid Sidek (Managing Director) Tenaga Nasional Berhad, General Manager in Sateras Resources (Malaysia) Berhad, Executive Director in Oxford Media Sdn. He is a Certified Professional in the Hotel Industry with Certified Hotel Administrator (C.H.A), Certified Room Division Executive (C.R.D.E) from AHMA/Michigan State University, United States of America and holds a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A) from University Of Durham, Durham City, United Kingdom.

Muhammad Nazar
Muhammad Nazar Amin is an experienced professional with over 32 years of work experience in various fields, including customer service, business development, aviation/aerospace engineering, sales, general management in oil and energy, retail sales, and network development. His expertise lies in the area of oil trading, and he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to develop, implement, and manage effective strategies that have resulted in increased profitability and growth.

Throughout his career, Muhammad has maintained strong relationships with clients, associates, and external contacts, and has developed strategic alliances and business partnerships on a local level. He has an extensive network of industry contacts and is fluent in interpreting and translating to and from Urdu and English languages.

Muhammad also currently holds the position as Managing Director to oversees the Hedge Funds in Pied Piper Group.

He Founded SANDERIA Health Medical Group and Highlight Capital with Passion and a cherished desire of doing good, and now they plays a leading role in the related industries.

His business profile currently contains not only prestigious Gene Sequencing Laboratory （M.A.R.I.E.L.) which work closely with the Chinese national Human Genome Center whom participated a big role in the Human Genome Project,HGP, but also a Capital Fund that specifically focusing on TMT & Medical industries.

From his technical expertise and well experiences on early stage to founding companies, to his highly strength in corporation strategy and intended investment. He is aiming to bring the concept of public health into human daily lives, in order to improve human health level.
